Product Enquiries:

You would like an offer relating to one of your products? We will be happy to calculate it according to your individual  wishes and requirements.  Just fill out the questionnaire with the neccesary information.  We will send you the offer without delay.

Product Orders:

If you have decided on a product seen in an offer, you can order it simply by mouse click.  You will then receive a confirmation of order from us by return.

Information about delivery dates:

You have access to information about the anticipated delivery dates of your order 24 hours a day

Viewing, changing and releasing the design templates:

Before your order is produced, we will send you a so-called proof of every redesign free of charge.  Only when you have checked this design thoroughly and have released it with your signature, will we begin production.  On a protected page you are able to go through all the details of your order and check the corresponding design template, clear it for production or arrange for the necessary changes.

Repeat Orders:

You are satisfied with your product and would like to reorder it.  Our repeat order service eases this process. You can inform us of changes in the same way. For your security you will receive a confirmation of order from us by return.

Maintenance of the personal reminder service:

We know that our products are not the kind you will need to order every day .  The result is that time and again repeat orders reach us too late and  suddenly it is very urgent.  For this reason we offer you the use of our Reminder Service to avoid shortages!   Simply notify us of your future requirements and we will remind you in good time and without obligation.
